Governing Body

A nine member Board of Trustees governs the Legal Foundation of Washington. Three members each are appointed for two year terms by the State Supreme Court, the Governor of the State of Washington, and the Washington State Bar Association Board of Governors. All trustees are eligible to serve a second full term of two years. All trustees have equal rights and responsibilities and annually elect their four officers.
